Strength training using the Kieser Method is an efficient way to stay healthy and fit for everyday life, work and sport. Your muscle strength keeps you upright. The more trained you are, the more strength you have per kilogram of body weight. This strength training visibly improves your posture and appearance and prevents injuries. It prevents the development of osteoporosis or combats it effectively, reduces body fat better, maintains your strength as you age, inhibits or alleviates back pain and makes you more agile and confident. And all this without spending a lot of time. Strength training twice a week using the Kieser method is enough to strengthen the whole body. The training area is located in the Fit & Relax Lounge in the REDUCE Hotel Vital ****S.
Back analysis
The back analysis provides an exact representation of the strength capacity of the muscles close to the spine. The force is measured in different positions and then displayed as a force curve. The mobility of the spine is also recorded. The results of the analysis are set in relation to normal values of back-healthy persons. The result shows whether muscle or functional weaknesses are present. The exact back analysis enables us to put together your personal training or therapy program.
Back therapy
The main cause of back pain is largely due to weak back muscles. Our therapy machine uses efficient strength training to build up the muscles that stabilize the spine, especially the deep muscles in the area of the lumbar spine. In this way, back complaints can not only be specifically prevented, but often even treated until they are pain-free.
