Strength training according to the Kieser Method is an efficient way to keep yourself healthy and fit for everyday life, work and sports. Because it is your muscle strength alone that keeps you upright and supports you. The more trained you are, the more strength you have available per kilogram of body weight. This strength training visibly improves your posture and appearance and prevents injuries. It prevents or effectively combats the development of osteoporosis, reduces body fat more effectively, maintains your strength in old age, inhibits or relieves back pain and makes you more mobile and self-confident. And all this without a big expenditure of time. Twice a week strength training according to the Kieser Method is enough to strengthen the whole body.
The back analysis provides an exact representation of the strength capacity of the muscles close to the spine. The force is measured in different positions and then displayed as a force curve. The mobility of the spine is also recorded. The results of the analysis are set in relation to normal values of back-healthy persons. The result shows whether muscle or functional weaknesses are present. The exact back analysis enables us to put together your personal training or therapy program.
The main cause of back pain is largely due to weak back muscles. Our therapy machine uses efficient strength training to build up the muscles that stabilize the spine, especially the deep muscles in the area of the lumbar spine. In this way, back complaints can not only be specifically prevented, but often even treated until they are pain-free.
