Every massage at REDUCE Hotel Vital ****S involves stimuli that act on the skin, its nerve structures and deeper tissues - either locally or reflexively, i.e. away from the point of action. Since the skin is not only a protective but also a sensory organ, heat, cold or pressure - transmitted to the body by the massage - trigger different reactions. Reactions such as relaxation of the muscles, stimulation of blood circulation and psychological effects, for example, have a pain-relieving effect. Stroking, kneading, rubbing, tapping and vibration are the basic techniques used in classical massage. They all act primarily on the muscles.
