In our personal training sessions, we cover a wide variety of sports such as Nordic walking, fascia training, but also new trends such as Smovey, coordination training or even targeted strength training.

How does our personal training work?

Often, training goals fail because of trivialities and everyday problems. Our personal trainers first determine your current status quo. Factors such as daily routines, nutrition, stress factors and basic motivation are decisive for the creation of an individual training plan.

Is personal training right for me?

If you're looking for a program that focuses on YOU, is tailored just for you, and you appreciate professional attention, our personal training is for you. 

I haven't done any sports for a long time. Can I do it at all?
Trust us! This is exactly why we train in personal training. You alone are our benchmark. We start with your current performance level, take into account any complaints or weak points and improve your performance step by step. Of course, we also pay attention to your safety, the right posture and the correct execution of exercises during joint training. In addition, joint training is a lot of fun and motivates.
 

What goals can be achieved with personal training?

"I'm not telling you it's going to be easy. I'm telling you it will be worth it." Peter also approaches the topic of sports and exercise in line with this motto of Art Willams. Marathon races, like the last Vienna City Marathon, are his passion. His competences are clearly in the sports science area, e.g. performance diagnostics or Functional Movement Screen, strength and endurance training.

Gabi mainly supervises the sports Pilates, Nordic Walking, general strengthening and likes to devote herself to new trends, such as Zumba. Sports and exercise in the great outdoors are her enthusiasm. Her motto in life: "Move so you can make a difference!"
