REDUCE Module Relax

Massages release tension. This begins with letting go, with the willingness to surrender to the expert hands of experienced masseurs - in order to then experience in the "Relax" module how effectively individually applied massages loosen body and soul. To feel how stress loads yield to the golden handwork (in the truest sense of the word) of the massage and are released.

Every massage involves stimuli that act on the skin, its nerve structures and deeper tissues - either locally or reflexively, i.e. away from the point of action. Since the skin is not only a protective but also a sensory organ, heat, cold or pressure - transmitted to the body by the massage - trigger different reactions. Reactions such as relaxation of the muscles, stimulation of blood circulation and psychological effects, for example, have a pain-relieving effect. Stroking, kneading, rubbing, tapping and vibration are the basic techniques used in classical massage. They all act primarily on the muscles.
