With your first stay with us as part of the Burgenland Health Days and a cure or Active Healthcare program, you have set an important impulse and invested valuable time in a healthy relationship with your own body in order to stay fit and vital in the long term. Some time has now passed. How well do you manage to stay fit regularly in everyday life, eat healthily and deal with stress in a relaxed manner?
Under the title "Follow UP", we would like to offer our health-conscious guests a repeat program. As part of the Follow-Up package, you have the opportunity to be accompanied by sports physician Dr. Martin Nehrer and reach your next level of vitality in a group of like-minded participants. You are also welcome to book our flexible follow-up module in addition to your stay. The prerequisite for both options is that you have already taken part in the Burgenland Health Days or have completed a cure or GVA at our resort.
