a recipe not only for vegans, but for all curious amateur cooks.
Vegan cooking is not difficult. This is also shown by the recipe of avocado tartar. Just try it out. You will see, it is easy to cook and tastes fantastic! Here at REDUCE Gesundheitsresort Bad Tatzmannsdorf it is definitely a hit!
Vegan cuisine as an additional offer has already become a fixed component with us. And the culinary concept of award-winning chef Siegfried Kröpfl at REDUCE has been well received. Chef Siegfried Kröpfl has coached the entire kitchen team accordingly.
"It is with great pleasure and even more conviction that I pass on my knowledge of vegan cuisine to the REDUCE health resort, in order to enrich the universally appreciated range of previous delicacies with vegan dishes. It is a pleasure to cook here because there are regionally great products - that also does the ecological footprint of this cuisine good!", comments Siegfried Kröpfl, toque chef and vegan coach of the REDUCE kitchen team.

Pit avocados and cut into small cubes. Mix carefully with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for about 1 minute and then immediately cool in cold water. Then peel, core and cut into small cubes. Mix with the chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper and mix with some fresh coriander and mint. Dice the smoked tofu as well. Place a ring mold on the plate and fill the tofu, avocado and tomato cubes in layers in the ring mold.
Garnish with lettuce and flowers.
KALA NAMAK or also called black salt is often used in vegan cuisine because it gives the typical taste of eggs to the dishes.
