Reinfried Herbst and Manfred Pranger can draw on unique expertise for workshops: 8 years of experience with their own training concept and 25 years of top-level sports experience. They know exactly what it takes to train in a sustainable, targeted and enjoyable way so as not to lose motivation. The right execution is essential! That's why the power duo always take their training sessions too far.
We firmly believe that everyone is capable of improving their physical fitness and health, regardless of their current training level or age.
The program is not intended for top athletes, but for anyone who wants to lead a healthy lifestyle. The exercises are performed without additional weights, as it is above all the feeling and training of the individual small and deep muscles that keeps you healthy. Herbst & Pranger's motivation and movement workshop therefore relies on your own body weight, which enables everyone to do the exercises at home. The program includes both physical and mental components, as motivation is particularly important for successful and sustainable training.
To ensure the quality of the training sessions and individual support for the participants, the training sessions on 05.10.2024 are limited to 20 places . Pre-registration for the motivation & movement workshop is mandatory. If you book 2 nights or more at the REDUCE Hotel Vital ****S or REDUCE Hotel Thermal ****S, the workshop is free of charge.
The training sessions take placein the Kurmittelhaus in gym 1 . Please bring suitable training clothing and shoes for indoor and outdoor use, a towel and a water bottle.
The "Good Morning" training is a holistic muscle activation routine that aims to activate the body and mind for the day ahead and promote a positive attitude. Subsequent reflection and follow-up support for participants.
The in-depth prevention and health training provides targeted exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday life in order to achieve long-term health goals, followed by subsequent reflection and follow-up support for participants.
The final training session includes exercise in nature with a Nordic walking unit and focuses on strengthening and balance exercises. This primarily strengthens stabilizing muscles, which are crucial for healthy posture and movement coordination. This is followed by reflection and aftercare for the participants.
