Vegan food is being appreciated by more and more people - for many good reasons. The REDUCE Hotel Thermal in Bad Tatzmannsdorf in southern Burgenland offers its guests a choice: in addition to classic dishes, vegan delicacies enrich the menu every day and make your wellness vacation something very special. A new kitchen line has been developed based on a culinary concept by award-winning chef & vegan coach Siegfried Kröpfl. The REDUCE 4*S thermal spa hotels have also been awarded the "Green Toque" and the V-Label. The REDUCE was thus able to create a culinary concept with many vegan specialties. Guests are now presented with a refreshing invitation to try vegan cuisine. Full & complete or just for in between? That's up to you, of course. No one is forced - everyone is welcome to break down prejudices and taste how good vegan specialties taste.

We obtain many products seasonally or all year round from the farmer or the regional business around the corner. Because tasty dishes can only be conjured up with high-quality ingredients.
