The hotel's own spacious spa garden with Roman sauna area offers soothing relaxation. There is no hustle and bustle, as is usually the case in public spas. The impressive thermal world is very generously built and is exclusively available to house guests. In addition: Adults Only - access only from 16 years.

You can choose between two thermal pools (indoor & outdoor), tepidarium (warm air regeneration bath 39°), sudatorium (steam bath 40°), laconium (sweat and purification bath 90°), herbal biosauna (65°), Finnish sauna (90°), frigidarium (cold water pool inside). Whirlpools, sauna courtyard with another cold water pool, fitness and relaxation rooms as well as solariums and drinking fountains with the in-house healing springs complete the regeneration offer.

Discover the "Roman Sauna" at the REDUCE Hotel Thermal ****S with a fascinating variety of sauna options, entirely in the style of traditional Roman bathing culture.
- Sudatorium: Warm vapors provide a relaxing climate in this sauna, soften your skin and have a positive effect on the respiratory system. Temperature 45°C, humid room climate, purifying and invigorating. We recommend 10 - 15 minutes and a rest period of 20 - 30 minutes.
- Herbal sauna: rosemary, lemon balm, thyme or chamomile. All these herbs have a special effect on the body. Temperature 65°C, room climate dry, sauna without infusion. We recommend 15 - 20 minutes (to warm up), rest time: 20 - 30 minutes.
- Laconicum: Treat your immune system to an invigorating infusion and relax. Sweat and purification bath, temperature 90°C, sauna with dry room climate. The heart activity and the circulation are stimulated. Optimal duration of stay 15 - 20 minutes, 20 - 30 minutes rest.
- Tepidarium: Stimulating but also very gentle due to a particularly gentle radiant heat. This surrounds you and lets time flow slowly. Treat your immune system to this boost, especially on cold days. Warm air regeneration bath, air temperature 39°C, room climate dry, gentle and very low in irritants. We recommend a stay of 30 minutes.
- Frigidarium: Do as the ancient Romans did and revive your body with a refreshing cool down after the vitalizing sauna experience. Cold water plunge pool with a water temperature of about 8-12 °C.
