When can I move into my room?

On the day of arrival your room will be ready for occupancy from 15:00 at the latest. We will try to give you your room as soon as it is ready for occupancy. In many cases this is already possible before 15:00.

Early Check-In

Early Check-In*: Treat yourself to a relaxed start to your stay with our early check-in from 9:00 a.m. Enjoy full access to the wave area on the day of arrival, check into your room, and indulge in our light lunch.
with fixed booking as part of the reservation $145.00 per person.
subject to room availability $49.00 per person.
without room use, including light lunch $32.00 per person. 

Is there a parking lot in the hotel?

Our guests have the possibility to park directly in front of our hotels. We also offer free garage parking. (subject to availability)
Furthermore, you can use our e-charging stations, more information is available at the reception.

Departure/Check-Out

Until when should I check out?

Room release on the day of departure until 11:00 am.
If you still want to spend the entire departure day with us, you can ask at the reception if a late check-out is possible.

Late check-out*: until 6:00 p.m., including room use and spa (without meals)
with fixed booking as part of the reservation: $145.00 per person
subject to room availability: $35.00 per person
without room use: $22.00 per person 

Hotel general

What do I have to consider when using the spa?

The "realm of the senses" in the REDUCE Hotel Vital****S can only be used after moving into the room.

The thermal garden at the REDUCE Hotel Thermal ****S is open to guests over 16 years of age.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

Breakfast: 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Light Lunch: 12:00 - 13:00 

Sweet afternoon: 14:30 - 16:00

Dinner: 18:30 - 20:30

Can I smoke in the hotels?

Our spa hotels are managed as non-smoking hotels. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and public hotel areas.

Can I take my dog with me?

Dogs are very welcome in our 4*S spa hotels.

Please note that dogs are not permitted in our restaurant and spa areas. If the room is heavily soiled, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee on the day of departure. 

Cancellation conditions

What are the full cancellation policies of the hotels?

Sometimes everything comes differently than you think. If you can not start your vacation for various reasons, please understand that we charge cancellation fees. We therefore recommend that you take out our cancellation protection. Our cancellation conditions are as follows:

  • Price per person per night for 1-3 nights EUR 16.00
  • Price per person per night for 4-7 nights EUR 11.00
  • Price per person per night for stays of 7 nights or more: EUR 6.00

Cancellation is possible until 1 day before arrival. The cancellation fee will not be refunded. In case of no-show, the cancellation conditions of the booking confirmation apply. In case of a deposit, the cancellation protection amount will be taken into account. The cancellation protection takes effect after receipt of the deposit, which must be at least the amount of the cancellation protection and must be received in our account until 14 days before arrival.

Our cancellation conditions for individual bookings: 

  • until 1 month before arrival - no cancellation conditions
  • from 1 month before arrival - 40% of the room rate    
  • from 1 week before arrival - 90% of the room rate

The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions shall apply as the basis of business. All agreements made are subject to these. Austrian law shall apply. Contents and prices subject to printing errors. 

Can I insure my trip?
