Small is recommended for stays of 2 nights or more, Medium for stays of 4 nights or more and Large for stays of 7 nights or more.

In the Relax S, Relax M and Relax L packages, depending on the module booked, the following massages are applied:
- Our "Individual Massage" is your personal feel-good massage, which is specially tailored to you by our masseurs.
- With the anti-stress massage, we offer a holistic treatment method that helps to regain calm and recharge energy for new challenges.
- During Cranio Sacral Balance, blockages present on the cranial bones, spine, meninges and tissues are released painlessly.
- Sound massage is a highly effective, gentle but intense relaxation method that leads to deep relaxation extremely quickly.
- Garshan (Ayurvedic silk glove massage) is used as a dry massage. The whole body is treated with raw silk gloves, without oil, in brisk movements and long strokes.
