New medical director

Bad Tatzmannsdorf, November 2, 2021 | Since June of this year, Dr. med. Franz Niederl has taken over the medical management of the resort on an interim basis. Now his position is confirmed and he and his team of more than 100 employees will continue and further develop the successful health orientation at REDUCE Gesundheitsresort Bad Tatzmannsdorf.

Early on, the 37-year-old physician recognized that the treatment of complaints alone, for a satisfactory medical action, by far not enough. "It is much more a matter of combining medical knowledge with social competence, cordiality and empathetic action. Only in this way can good medical treatment be achieved in a bio-psychosocial context," Niederl is convinced.

Dr. Franz Niederl received his doctorate from the Medical University of Graz in 2013. Promoting the care of patients through cordial and dignified treatment was then, as now, one of his most important goals in his work as medical director and a reason why he also devoted himself to numerous social services in the past, such as the Red Cross. Niederl had been part of the medical team at the Bad Tatzmannsdorf health resort since 2018 and now succeeds his predecessor Dr. Tobias Conrad.

All this always in an appreciative and empathetic way with the patients and within the entire team," are the future plans of the new medical director.
