With the anti-stress massage, we offer a holistic treatment method that helps to regain calm and recharge your batteries for new challenges. Cranio Sacral Balance releases existing blockages painlessly in the bones of the skull, spine, brain and spinal cord membranes and tissues. The sound massage is a highly effective, gentle but intense relaxation method, which leads extremely quickly to deep relaxation. Garshan (Ayurvedic silk glove massage) is used as a dry massage. The whole body is treated with raw silk gloves, without oil, in brisk movements and long strokes.
