Cardioscan

The best basis for professional training control is provided by the measured values of one's own body. Because these determine the right intensity of training, the appropriate diet and the decisive degree of regeneration. The Cardioscan is the perfect basis for this, as it combines all the necessary measurements and allows intelligent recommendations to be made from the measurement results. At REDUCE health resort we work with the most innovative techniques to maintain and improve the most important asset, our health.

How does the Cardioscan work?

A healthy heartbeat continuously adapts to changing demands depending on the load and is therefore variable. Sufficient heart rate variability (HRV) is therefore an indication of health.

The Cardioscan measurement performs a risk check, determines the individual stress level based on heart rate variability (HRV), displays the fit level and gives individual training pulse recommendations. The user-friendly presentation of the data obtained makes prevention understandable for everyone. The measurement results are available in just two minutes. Depending on the training goal, the Heart & Stress Test determines the values needed for professional training control.

What can I learn from the Cardioscan?

  • Resting heart rate
The resting heart rate describes the heart beats per minute during physical rest and relaxation. An increased resting heart rate means permanently more work for the heart and thus increases the risk of coronary heart disease.

  • Risk Check
The risk check provides information about cardiac function and serves as a risk screening. It shows whether there are deviations in the heart stress measurement compared to reference values.

  • Stress Check
The Stress Check uses heart rate variability analysis to show the current stress load on the heart. This can be caused by mental as well as physical overload.

  • Cardio -Fit Level
The Fit Level describes your fitness level of the heart. It can take values from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest fit level.

  • Training ranges
The individual training heart rates are determined on the basis of the measurement results. These are divided into regenerative training, basic training, development training and peak loads.
