The sauna world in REDUCE Hotel Vital 4*S

Finnish sauna: The much-loved classic. Two to three sauna sessions activate your immune system and get your metabolism going. Your skin is cleansed down to the pores. Room temperature 90°C, humidity 10%, after a maximum of three sauna sessions we recommend a rest break of about one hour.
Biosauna: The biosauna enables health-promoting regeneration at easily tolerable temperatures. The room temperature is 50°C, humidity 50%, without infusion.
Steam bath: High humidity creates a climate that softens the skin in particular and is especially good for the respiratory tract. 45°C, room climate very humid. We recommend a duration of 10 - 15 minutes, then rest for 20 - 30 minutes.
Block sauna in the biotope: skin to skin with nature. Our well-maintained biotope provides the natural backdrop for your sauna experience. Here you are in close contact with fauna and flora. Natural woods ensure a gentle and pleasant sauna climate, and you can cool off in the plunge pool. 90°C, humidity 10%, with infusion. Afterwards, the cold water plunge pool awaits.

Tepidarium: FeelReich as a rock tepidarium. Warm air regeneration bath with positive effect on your well-being. Explore and perceive different shapes and stone structures.
Women's sauna: A comfortable 90°C, humidity 10%. Enjoy deep, warming relaxation in a quiet, protected atmosphere. The gentle, dry heat relieves tension, promotes blood circulation, and allows your body and mind to noticeably relax—a soothing retreat exclusively for women.
Physiotherm infrared cabin: The infrared cabin provides healthy deep heat at a temperature that is gentle on the circulation. The Physiotherm low-temperature infrared technology can:
-promote purification and detoxification
-relieve tension
-increase regeneration after physical exertion

-reduce stress
-increase blood circulation
