Bad Tatzmannsdorf, December 16, 2019. Four years ago, a quality management team was formed within the management of REDUCEGesundheitsresort Bad Tatzmannsdorf, which has made it its task to ensure and improve quality through a quality management process in the company. The Easy Living ® concept - a specially developed QM procedure of the pension insurance institution - was used as a guideline. This year, after the intensive implementation phase and an external quality review, the team was proud to receive the quality certification.

"People working with people for people" is the strategy of the QM concept in a nutshell. "What sounds relatively simple meant full commitment for our team. During these two years, we have worked intensively on the quality strategy and created a lively corporate culture in which patients, customers and employees are part of the whole," summarizes Dr. Leonhard Schneemann, Director of the Management Board.

The REDUCE health resort took over thereby the quality concept for all divisions and all 360 woman employees and coworkers with in the boat brought. Processes were structured to be even more customer-friendly and new quality standards were set in all areas of competence. "For the employees, it was important to design the QM system in a practical and solution-oriented way," says Quality Officer Martina Janisch. "Together, we succeeded in achieving a balance between customer and patient needs and employee satisfaction, while also anchoring business management and legal aspects in the best possible way."
