With the opening of the BodyLAB, REDUCE Gesundheitsresort Bad Tatzmannsdorf is once again setting new standards in terms of health optimization, prevention and lifestyle.
Guests of the resort and residents of the region can now benefit from state-of-the-art technologies in a refreshing ambience that combines medical expertise with innovative treatments. Yesterday, on World Health Day, the BodyLAB was officially opened in the presence of guests, media representatives and LR Dr. Leonhard Schneemann.

"With the BodyLAB, we are expanding our holistic health offering to include state-of-the-art methods of body analysis and regeneration. We are thus offering our guests and the regional population an innovative concept for a conscious, efficient and healthy lifestyle," explains Andreas Leitner, Managing Director of the REDUCE Health Resort Bad Tatzmannsdorf.

On the occasion of World Health Day, LR Dr. Leonhard Schneemann emphasizes: "Health is not a state that you achieve - but a path that you consciously take. The BodyLAB

Cold chamber: high-performance therapy for health and sport
The new ArctiSync cold chamber in the BodyLAB offers high-performance whole-body cryotherapy at extremely low temperatures of minus 110 degrees. It is also the first cold chamber in Burgenland. Cryotherapy has established a good reputation both in top-class sport and in pain therapy.

HRV measurement via Cardioscan
Heart rate variability (HRV) is a key indicator for stress resistance, regeneration and performance. HRV measurement via Cardioscan can be used to visualize individual stress
and derive targeted measures to optimize physical and mental health. The quick analysis helps both athletes and
recovery seekers to better understand their stress levels and their ability to recover.

3D body analysis with Bodygee
With Bodygee technology, your own body is visualized in the form of a photorealistic avatar. This enables a detailed view of body composition and
