We are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible

Manager:in the spa hotels (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

In this responsible position, you will be the link between our resort and the SV sponsors. You will be responsible for the management, administration and further development of our spa area and will be responsible for the following activities in particular:

• Management of the spa hotels including all associated areas (reception, F&B, housekeeping, laundry)
• Responsibility for the registration of social insurance guests, on-site accommodation and billing of inpatient stays
• Personnel management
• Budget planning and preparation of reports for the management 
• Welcoming guests and looking after them on site
• Complaints management
• Cost control and implementation of visitor's tax settlements

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally related to the tourism or healthcare sector
• Professional experience in a managerial position 
• Economic thinking and a willingness to establish new ideas and take on responsibility
• Initiative and organizational talent 
• Strong communication skills and empathy

This position is subject to the collective agreement for private health resorts and rehabilitation facilities (VG Verwaltung 4). Irrespective of this, we offera salary in line with the market with the willingness to pay significantly more depending on qualifications and professional experience.
