For our two 4*Superior hotels - REDUCE Hotel Vital and REDUCE Hotel Thermal - we are looking for a

Hotel Manager (m/f/d) | Full-time

In this position, we will assign you the following duties:

• Overall responsibility for the operational and strategic hotel operations of our two 4* superior hotels
• Further developing and helping to shape the future direction of our hotels
• Management and motivation of a highly qualified team of department heads and employees
• Ensuring the highest standards of service and quality to maximize the well-being and satisfaction of our guests
• Budget planning, cost control and optimization of the economic profitability of the buildings
• Close cooperation with Marketing & Sales
• Maintaining and expanding partnerships

You can score points with us with this:

• Successfully completed training, ideally in a relevant field
• Several years of professional experience in a management position in the hotel industry, preferably in the wellness or health segment
• Strong leadership qualities as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Guest and service orientation with a high degree of empathy and strong communication skills
• excellent knowledge of German (knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage)
• Commitment, flexibility and stress resistance
