To strengthen our team we are looking for a

Accounts receivable clerk (m/f/d) I part-time 20 h 

In this position, we will assign you the following duties:

• Monitoring and follow-up of outstanding receivables and implementation of the dunning process
• Checking and booking incoming payments and managing the cash registers
• Support and reconciliation of advance payments and vouchers
• Ongoing maintenance and reconciliation of accounts
• General organizational and administrative activities

You can score points with us with this:

• Sound commercial training (e.g. HAK) 
• Experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the hotel industry, desirable
• Proficient in MS-Office, BMD-NTCS knowledge an advantage
• Accurate and independent way of working and stress resistance
• Very good understanding of numbers
• Active and solution-oriented approach to work
