Being fit starts with getting fit - a learning process above all. You simply book the modules to your wellness vacation in the REDUCE Hotel Thermal ****S or REDUCE Hotel Vital ****S in addition! Small is recommended here from 2 overnight stays, medium from 4 and large from 7 overnight stays. The REDUCE health resort Bad Tatzmannsdorf awaits you in southern Burgenland.

The "Fit & Healthy" module teaches how enjoyable and pleasant it can be to get fit. Developing a lifestyle that brings and maintains sustainable fitness and health. Personal training, individual massages and, from module variant L, feedback on targeted measurements are combined with nutritional advice and an invitation to taste how good healthy food can taste.
