Building on this knowledge, we specifically promote strengthening, stretching, mobilization and coordination to make you fit for the challenges of everyday life.

The varied types of training in the REDUCE activity program are particularly effective, including yoga, back fitness, coordination training, aqua aerobics, Nordic walking, Smovey and Pilates. Our experienced trainers will accompany you and help you get to know new forms of exercise.

All active units at a glance

  • WATER GYMNASTICS: gentle and effective full-body workout (only possible in conjunction with a valid spa card).
     
  • FIT & RELAX GYMNASTICS: targeted mobilization and strengthening exercises to stay healthy and active.
     
  • COORDINATION & BALANCE: Training of reaction, orientation, balance and rhythmic skills.
     
  • CELLULITE TRAINING: special training method for strengthening the muscles in the problem areas of the stomach, legs and bottom. We also recommend combining it with cellulite massages.
     
  • NORDIC WALKING: full-body training that is easy on the joints. Strength and coordination are trained in equal measure.
     
  • GOOD MORNING YOGA: gentle yoga session to wake up the body, activate the muscles and start the day full of energy and balanced with conscious breathing.
     
  • YOGA: Physical exercises, breathing techniques and meditation bring body and mind into harmony, promote flexibility and reduce stress.
     
  • PILATES: Full-body training strengthens the muscles, improves posture and promotes flexibility.
     
  • FOREST BATHING: walking slowly, breathing consciously and perceiving nature with all your senses reduces stress and promotes inner well-being and mental clarity.
     
  • SOUND MEDITATION: gentle sounds and vibrations calm, relax and create inner peace.
     
  • BACK FIT: Strengthening the back and core muscles, improving posture and flexibility.
     
  • MOBILIZING & STRAINING: gentle, dynamic movement to activate the joints and muscles. Targeted stretching exercises to improve flexibility and prevent muscle shortening.
     
  • SMOVEY: swing, move & smile! A unique movement device that combines active training, vibration and relaxation applications!

Registration at reception is required for all sessions (except water aerobics).

Guided tours

Discover the charming landscapes around Bad Tatzmannsdorf on free guided tours. You will be accompanied by experienced tour guides! Registration is possible until 10 am the day before at your reception. Please also reserve an e-(mountain)bike at reception in good time.
