REDUCE Bad Tatzmannsdorf achieves maturity level 2 in Easy Living

After intensive preparatory work, the REDUCE Bad Tatzmannsdorf has achieved maturity level 2 of the EasyLiving® quality management process of the Pension Insurance Institution (PVA).

The seal of approval awarded is visible proof of quality-oriented healthcare services of the highest standard. This makes REDUCE the leading providers of active health and wellness programs in Austria.

EasyLiving® is a practical, three-stage quality management process developed specifically for rehabilitation and health resorts. Maturity level 2 means that the organization has structured, documented, and process-oriented procedures that have been externally audited and certified. "QMV EasyLiving® was developed by the pension insurance fund as a quality management process to provide practical support to healthcare facilities in quality assurance. By achieving maturity level 2, the REDUCE Bad Tatzmannsdorf impressively demonstrates how this procedure can be successfully implemented – for the benefit of patients and employees alike," explains Deputy Director General Mag.a. Canan Aytekin, congratulating Managing Director Mag. Andreas Leitner and the REDUCE on their certification.

Not only guests, but also resort employees benefit from the certification on many levels. During the preparation phase, Quality Management Manager Martina Janisch worked closely with the 400-strong REDUCE, with the active support of Melanie Kurz . "Structured work, transparent communication, and, above all, active participation in improvements are greatly appreciated by our colleagues, " they both agree.
