Vegan Watermelon Tataki

Ingredients:
- 250 g watermelon
- 100 g soy sauce
- 50 g sesame oil
- Salt, freshly ground pepper, cilantro,
basil, sesame seeds
Preparation:
Cut the watermelon into pieces and marinate it with the remaining ingredients. Sear the watermelon in a hot pan so that it remains raw in the center, then marinate it again with the remaining marinade. Cut into nice slices and serve lukewarm.
