AGB & Cancellation conditions

Sometimes everything comes differently than you think. If you are unable to start your vacation at the REDUCE 4*S thermal spa hotels for a variety of reasons, please understand that we will charge cancellation fees. We therefore recommend that you take out our cancellation protection. Our cancellation conditions are as follows:

• Price per person per night for 1-3 nights EUR 15,00
• Price per person per night for 4-7 nights EUR 10,00
• Price per person per night from 7 nights EUR 5,00

Cancellation is possible until 1 day before arrival. The cancellation fee will not be refunded. In case of no-show, the cancellation conditions of the booking confirmation apply. In case of a deposit, the cancellation protection amount will be taken into account. The cancellation protection takes effect after receipt of the deposit, which must be at least the amount of the cancellation protection and must be received in our account until 14 days before arrival.

Our cancellation conditions for individual bookings: 

• until 1 month before arrival - no cancellation conditions
• from 1 month before arrival - 40% of the room rate    
• from 1 week before arrival - 90% of the room rate

The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions shall apply as the basis of business. All agreements made are subject to these. Austrian law shall apply. Contents and prices subject to printing errors. 

Our cancellation conditions for the spa hotels:

- Up to one week before arrival - no cancellation fee for private or spa guests
- For spa guests, a maximum of 2 postponements are possible (the third appointment must be made)
- From one week before arrival for private guests in the spa hotels, the cancellation fee is 40% of the arrangement (including booked therapy packages) for the entire duration of the stay (except for verifiable medical reasons, death in the immediate family or postponement of the appointment)
- In the event of cancellation of visitor offers during the stay (up to 5 nights), an overnight stay price (room with breakfast) is provided as a cancellation fee
- In the event of cancellation of an arrangement during the stay or From the day of arrival, the cancellation fee for private guests in the spa hotels from 6 nights is 80% of the arrangement (including booked therapy packages) for the entire duration of the stay
- In the event of early departure for private reasons and without the approval of the responsible social insurance institution, the cancellation fee is 52 euros per day and the guest must sign a reverse
